How does NDIS ordering work?
MobilityGo is a registered NDIS provider (No. 4053 342 856). Self-managed participants can order online like any store. Plan-managed or agency-managed? Add your items to the cart and tap “Request an NDIS Quote”, then we’ll send the quote to you or your plan manager — we’ll arrange approval and a service booking. Need a hand? Call 1300 824 945.
What warranty is included?
Our lift recliners and major equipment carry a 3–5 year manufacturer warranty, depending on the product. Full details are on our Warranty Policy page.
Do you deliver and set up the equipment?
Yes — we deliver Australia-wide by courier, and offer professional in-home delivery and setup for selected equipment across Melbourne and surrounding areas, so everything arrives positioned and ready for safe use.
Which size or model is right for me?
Every product lists its key measurements — seat width, seat height and maximum user weight — in the specifications. If you’re comparing lift recliners, see the comparison table further down this page. Still unsure? Call 1300 824 945 and we’ll help match the right equipment to your needs.
What is your returns policy?
If something isn’t right, we’ll make it easy — returns are handled in line with our Returns & Refund Policy. Call 1300 824 945 and our team will sort it out with you.
