Order confirmation

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email . This means that we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment.

At mobilitygo.com.au, we provide shipping options within Australia. Delivery times, shipping costs, and carrier details are shown below to help customers understand the order process before purchase.

After placing your order, you will receive updates on order status and shipping information. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track and trace number by email.

Postage costs

Delivery times are estimated to be 2–8 business days for all products and all states within Australia. Shipping charges are listed below by product category.

New South Wales (NSW): $25
Northern Territory (NT): $45
Queensland (QLD): $45
South Australia (SA): $30
Victoria (VIC): $25
Western Australia (WA): $45


Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and regional locations.


Order Acceptance & Pricing

Please note that sometimes orders cannot be processed for various reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including the following:

  • Incomplete or incorrect information
  • Suspicions of fraud
  • Payment verification issues

We may request additional verification, such as a phone number, address confirmation, proof of identity or banking details before accepting your order.

Price accuracy:
We strive to provide accurate pricing information, but errors can occur. If a pricing error is discovered, we may contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of this error. We reserve the right to cancel orders listed for incorrect pricing even if they have already been confirmed and paid for.

Processing Times & Delivery Times

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Shipping time: 2–8 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Shipping Carrier: Aramex Australia, StarTrack
  • Daily cut-off time: 02:00 PM (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Melbourne)

Orders placed before 02pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 02pm will be processed the next business day.

After Placing Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your order number
  • Your proof of payment

Please also check your spam or junk mail folder if you do not see a confirmation in your inbox.
Still haven't received anything? Please send an email to support@mobilitygo.com.au with the subject: "Order Confirmation Not  Received" and our team will help you further.

Please note: For custom products, we will contact you separately to confirm the desired specifications before the order is processed and shipped.

Track Order

You can track your order with the track & trace number that you receive via the shipping confirmation.
