Refund policy
14-Day Returns
Customers may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving the order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all accessories. If the item is defective, faulty, damaged, or incorrect, MobilityGO covers the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns or incorrect customer orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
How to Return an Item:

Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Package Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.

Shipping Label: We will send you a prepaid return label. Print it and attach it to the package.

Send the Package: Drop off the package at the nearest shipping point as specified in the return instructions.
Refund Process:

Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return policy requirements.

Refund: After approval, we will process your refund. It may take up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items:
