At MobilityGO, we are committed to delivering mobility and assistive equipment in a reliable, secure, and transparent manner. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered so customers know what to expect after placing an order.

Shipping Locations

MobilityGO delivers products to all states and territories within Australia. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, subject to product availability and supplier processing timelines. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs & Estimates Delivery Times

MobilityGO uses standard courier and freight services depending on product size and delivery location.

  • Handling Time: 1 - 2 business days.
  • Estimated Transit Time: 2 - 7 business days after dispatch.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on product type and delivery location.

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, stock availability, regional delivery locations or unforeseen circumstances.

Split Deliveries

Orders containing multiple items may be delivered in separate shipments. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment where available.

Delivery Issues & Delays

If an order is delayed due to factors outside our control (including courier disruptions or extreme weather), customers will be notified by email and we will work to resolve the issue as promptly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate at checkout. MobilityGO is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Re-shipping fees for orders returned due to address errors

Damaged or Missing Items

If an order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  1. Please take clear photos of the packaging and product.

  2. Contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery.

  3. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or appropriate resolution.

Click & Collect

MobilityGO does not offer a click and collect or product pickup service. All orders are delivered via courier or freight services.
