Refund Policy

At MobilityGO, your satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan, and we aim to make returns and refunds as clear and straightforward as possible.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is provided (e.g. order number or receipt)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

How to Return an Item

To return an item, please:

  1. Contact our support team at support@mobilitygo.com.au to initiate the return process
  2. Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit
  3. Send the item using a trackable courier or postal service

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

MobilityGO complies with Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for products that are faulty, unsafe, or do not perform as expected, in accordance with ACL.

Faulty item returns are accepted within the applicable warranty period of the product.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items that are damaged, defective, or supplied incorrectly. Please contact us at support@mobilitygo.com.au or +61 1300 824 945 to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item is faulty
  • The item was damaged in transit
  • An incorrect item was supplied

In these cases, MobilityGO will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Restocking Fees

MobilityGO does not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
